PROBLEM STATEMENT
   Make a wireless Remote Controlled portable car powered ONLY with electric motors that moves the given arena in least possible time.

   EVENT FORMAT
   The event will be held in two stages
   Car Inspection: Basic judgment of vehicle subjected to rules.
   Time Warps: The aim is to reach to the finish race in the quickest possible time.

   Arena (Track Dimensions):
   Length:2 mts
   Width:80 cm
   Height:5 cm

   Specifications:
   Motor capacity 3 V D.C power
   Battery Power: not more than 12 V
   Width of the car: not more than 10 cm
   Length of the car: not more than 20 cm
   No of motors: restricted to 2
   The car must be operated by means of wireless radio control. Any other mode is not permitted.

   RULES:

• A maximum of 2 members and minimum 1 member can form a team.
• Teams from different colleges can also form teams.
• Every member or team needs to register by sending their registration forms.
• Every member or team should present on the day of event and complete the registration process by paying the registration feee.
• Before the participation in the race the teams must clear the verification procedure in advance by 2 Hrs.
• The car owner is liable for damages caused if any to their Car. The organizer takes no responsibility for any damage caused.
• Safety should be given priority over time.
• The decision of Mech Race team is final.
• Strictly maintain the car specifications. Any violation will be discarded from the event.

   Judging Criteria:  According to time boundaries the teams will be promoted for the next levels.

3. We will send back a confirmation mail to all accepted entries
4. On the day of event (i.e. on 08.01.2011) all the accepted participants have to present at the Pragati Engineering College campus by 09:00 AM
5. Participants are also required to bring a hard copy of the registration form and the registration fee (i.e. Rs. 50/-) to complete the registration process entry.
