Inter College Quiz Contest

   Pragati Engineering College is conducting an annual quiz (“Brain Factor 2011”) as part of the annual technical fest “STRIDES”.

• Date:   08/01/2011
• Venue: Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem, Kakinada

   This quiz will be conducted at a national level using the latest technology (LCD Projectors, Buzzers etc. in a TV-show style).
   Maximum of two teams per college are invited. Each team consists of 2 members. The Entry fees is Rs. 300/- per team. The Prizes are as follows:

• 1st Prize Rs. 10,000/-
• 2nd Prize Rs. 05,000/-
• Spot prize Rs. 05,000/- (Lucky Draw for All participating teams)

    The Quiz questions will be from the following areas:

• General Knowledge
• Current Affairs / News
• Science & Technology
• Business Today
• Indian History / Mythology
• Basic Mathematics
• Sports

   Selection Process: All teams will be present in the college campus by 8:30AM on 08/01/2011.
   Elimination Round: Paper based
    6 top teams are selected :    11:00AM – 12:00 Noon
    Finals:     03:00PM – 05:00PM
    Prize Distribution:     05:30PM

   The last date for receipt of the entries is 05/01/2011. The registration fee (Rs. 300) has to be paid at the Brain Factor registration desk on    08/01/2011 before 10:45AM
